2004 - February

The first product was certified as an innovative product design on March 31, 2004. The Oil Free Scroll Blower was certified by the Kanagawa Prefecture Industry Innovation Law.

The Scroll Blower receives Certification No: 15-16 by the Kanagawa Prefecture government.

2005 - April

In collaboration with the Ability Development College Tokyo, Japan, a first innovative new lightweight, oil-free spinning scroll blower product was developed at a lower cost and higher performance than current Scroll pumps available.

2005 - October

An improved version of the oil free spinning scroll blower was developed to be immediately followed by development of commercial applications opportunities.

2006 - August

Suzuki Motors selected Scroll Giken pump after several months of functionality and performance testing. The scroll pump will serve as an air blower for Suzuki's wheelchair products fuel cell.

2007 - February

Scroll Giken's products and services are introduced at the FC Expo 2007 in Tokyo.

US sales contact in San Diego is established.
