Energy Saving
• Featuring a highly energy efficient scroll basic structure. • By use of unique pressure offset mechanism, compressed air thrust load is not formed in the bearings and the energy loss is very low. (Patent applied for)
• Friction forces are minimal, thanks to unique seal mechanism and avoiding the use of tip seal. (Patent applied for)
- Smooth high rotational operation since the axis of both driver and follower scrolls are supported. (Patent applied for)
- Incorporating new leak prevention function, which leads to higher performance and efficiency. (Patent applied for)
- Higher performance capabilities compared to a conventional pin-crank method, through the use of a central Oldham Coupling rotation synchronous mechanism. (Patent applied for)
Low Noise
- Basic structure is of low noise design.
- The structure features a full covering of the entire unit, which shutting off the internal noises.
- Because of unique seal mechanism, no noise generating surface-to-surface lap contacts take place.
Low Vibration
- As a result of dual support of driver and follower scrolls, there are no vibrations even at high rotational speeds.
- It is based on rotary rather than orbital principle, thus no centrifugal forces are present which translate into no generation of vibrations.
- Because of completely balanced structure, no vibrations are generated. (Patent applied for)
Low Cost
- Low cost unit by replacing the use of tip seal with a simple seal.
- Because of simple seal mechanism, no high precision machining is required, therefore despite its low cost, maintaining high performance is quite possible.
- Also, since no surface to surface (lap) contacts are taking place, the surface treatment can be of low cost anodizing treatment.
- Pin-crank is replaced by Oldham Coupling, resulting in low costs.
- Because of high speed capabilities, it can be made lightweight and compact in size.
- Additional lower costs are achieved by reducing driver scroll end plate strength and supporting the internally generated thrust pressure with the strength of driver scroll spiral lap.
Low Pulsation
- Two air exhausts per every revolution, yet because of high rotational speeds, the air supply is associated with extremely low pulsation. Therefore supplementary devices such as a tank etc become unnecessary.
Low Breakout Current
- Because air suction and exhaust requires no valves, with operation being continuous, no sudden torque is generated.
- The unit being all aluminum, thus the inertia is small, requiring low breakout electric currents.
- The unit readily corresponds to repeated ON-OFF switching.
Easy Installation
- Scroll unit is directly connected to the motor, therefore can be readily installed as is, to your equipment.
- Being compact, lightweight and of low vibration, it requires no special tools for installing into customer equipment.
- Multiple and simultaneous installations are also possible.
- There are no orientation requirements, therefore the unit is extremely versatile in application installations.
- Very resistive to effects from the equipment because both axes are fixed, thus it can be installed on any type of equipment.
- It is particularly ideal for equipment that demand low vibration.
Completely Oil-Free
- Both compression chambers and mechanical components absolutely require no lubrication oil. As a result, there is no presence of oil mist in the application air and the surrounding air spaces. Additionally, periodic troublesome oil replacement or worrying about oil disposals are eliminated.
- During disassembly and assembly of the unit, there is no oil scattering; the operation will be clean and easily done anywhere.
Clean Air!
Longevity
- The stable operation of the unit is as a result of bearing supports for both driver and follower scroll axis and lack of thrust loads.
- Since heat generation is low, it yields extended grease life.
- Maintenance intervals are quite long because of not using tip seal.
- Sliding part is only the Oldham Coupling and through wing lap mechanism, spin radii are kept small that contribute to extremely low PV values and long operational life.
- The special seal mechanism longevity endurance is not directly confirmed yet, however based on proven records of these seals in other applications such as printers, their life is expected to be substantially long.
Readily Achieved Capacity Increase
- Increasing the output capacity is quite easily done since both driver and follower scroll axes are bearing supported. In addition, no thrust loads are exerted in radial directions making diameter increasing quite easy to do.
- It can readily accommodate to applications from micro blowers to fairly large scale blowers.
